We are excited to share that from our understanding, the Learning at Home website, Istation, Dreambox, BLEND pages, and some other district programs will be available for the majority of the summer, closing toward the end of July. While new learning will not be added over the summer, this will allow students to still access programs to help them keep growing. These are available in the AISD student portal and again, everything is linked on the Learning at Home website for reference.
There will also be two summer school opportunities for invited students. The 5th grade summer enrichment program will be in late June. A Pre-K-4th grade summer enrichment program will run from July 13-August 7. You will be notified by the school district if your child is able to attend based on criteria including progress monitoring data from the fourth 9 weeks. 5th grade MOY scores will also factor into these decisions. Invitations and an orientation will be offered to guardians of students who qualify. Those will come directly from the school district as Hill staff are not involved. These opportunities will be continuous learning online and are not mandatory to attend.
