For those interested, we will be hosting in-person Parent Tours led by our wonderful student leadership team! Sign up for an In-Person New Parent/Guardian Tour here. Tours will be held on:

2023-2024 New Student Registration
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all registration and submission of documents will be completed online until further notice
Parents of students currently living in the Hill attendance zone can enter all necessary information online and enroll your child(ren) for the 2023-2024 school year. If you are not in our attendance zone, you must submit a transfer request online at https://www.austinisd.org/transfer.
Directions for creating a parent cloud account can be found at https://www.austinisd.org/enroll. Once you have created your account, log in and continue with your child(ren’s) registration. For more detailed instructions please click here.
Registration for All New Hill Students (Pre-K through 5th) for the upcoming school year is NOT COMPLETE until we receive the following documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Social Security Card (optional)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence (most recent Utility or Gas Bill or lease agreement)
- Copy of Parents Drivers Licenses
- Pre-K Only: 3 paycheck stubs for all who work in the home
The following documents will need to be emailed to Hill@austinisd.org upon completion of the Online Registration:
- Home Language Survey
- Hill Information Sheet
- Kinder Info Sheet
- Records Request (If the student attended another school K-5)
Kindergarten & Pre-K4 Registration
Parents and guardians needing to register their student(s) should complete the steps listed above. Especially for those seeking a Pre-K tuition place, we encourage you to follow up with all registration and documents soon to ensure a place on campus. Please know that we are planning a day on-campus for families that would like to physically share supporting documents at the front door. We will also hold a Pre-K and Kindergarten Night to share more information about those grade levels with families. More to come soon!
Pre-K4 Tuition Program
Hill Elementary is now accepting applications for our Pre-K4 Tuition program. Please complete the online registration. NEW THIS YEAR: The Tuition Parent Agreement and Payment Option Forms must be submitted by parents from their personal email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
