Hill Elementary welcomes: Anne Grady Speaker, author and entrepreneur!

Anne will speak to Hill parents about how to promote resiliency in our children during these challenging times.

Students are under more stress today than ever before, and it is starting at a younger age. A growing body of scientific research confirms that resilience is a key factor in helping teachers and students cope with stress and anxiety, adapt to change, and manage social pressure. Educators and parents that practice and teach resilience have students that are more engaged, have higher test scores, and lower levels of depression and anxiety. Learn how to develop a resilience toolkit full of habits, behaviors, and skills that will build unstoppable resilience.
