Attention all NEW Hill students: registration for the new school year is NOT COMPLETE until we receive the following documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Social Security Card (optional)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence (most recent Utility or Gas Bill or lease agreement)
- Copy of Parents Drivers Licenses
- Home Language Survey
- Hill Information Sheet
- Kinder Info Sheet
- Records Request (If student attended another school k-5)
