Don’t look now! Well, don’t *now*. Wait until tomorrow, and make sure you’re wearing the right eyewear, because there’s going to be a Solar Eclipse! As a reminder all Hill students will have the opportunity to view this event that will take place at 1:35 pm for our campus. The school has secured glasses for all students and staff members. Students will view a safety slide show prior to watching to ensure they understand the importance of only viewing and looking at the sun with their eclipse glasses on.
Please check with your student’s teacher or refer to Mr. Drummond’s previous communication regarding the areas where kids will be stationed, as well as protocols for viewing alongside or checking them out of school.
Also, in case you missed it checkout these Caregiver Activities that can be worked on at home prior to or after the event.
