Plants-trying to improve my "green" thumb. I enjoy my long morning walks for mediation and resetting (necessity). I enjoy magazines: (short informative reads) (Real Simple, Paleo, Better Houses and Garden, House and Garden. Music is another area of enjoyment: gospel, pop, R&B, dance, alternative, and others. (not big on country). I also enjoy a good movie.

-Hint Water (any favor), Starbucks: Honey Citrus Mint Tea (splash of lemonade and little honey-lightly sweetened), Peach Green Tea (unsweetened) Cold Brew coffee with almond or coconut milk-unsweetened (no sugar added) and non-dairy. I prefer most drinks no sugar added or lightly sweetened.
-Snacks: Perfect Bar: Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut butter, peanut butter, dark chocolate peanut butter cups. Trader Joe's dark chocolate peanut butter cups, organic dry roasted cashews, pecans
-Salad with grilled chicken or shrimp
-Burger no bun with all the veggies and fries
