📅 Important dates going forward:

March 4th: Family Sponsorships go on sale

Premier Family Sponsorship ($200): Purchase a Premier Family Sponsorship which includes: 

• 2 Hoopla tickets
• 4 Drink Tickets
• Foodie Fest Bandana
• 1 Signage Opportunity

(Your family name will be listed on signage at the entrance of Hill Elementary)

Champion Sponsorship ($150): Purchase a Champion Family Sponsorship which includes:

• 2 Hoopla tickets
• 2 Drink Tickets 
• 1 Signage Opportunity 

(Your family name will be listed on signage at the entrance of Hill Elementary)

March 18th: Individual tickets, hats and drink tickets go on sale.

March 31st: Last day to buy tickets at a discounted rate

April 1st: Vacation houses go live!  Let the bidding begin! Don’t be a fool, check your calendars and get with your friends to ensure you win one of our exciting vacation homes!

April 3rd: All of our auction items will be available to preview! Start browsing and saving the items you don’t want to miss out on!

April 4th: All silent Auction Items go live at 6:30pm! You’ll have a full 24 hours to start bidding on your favorite items before the event even starts on April 5th!

🍸 What to expect at the event:

Food and Drinks: This Foodie fest will feature 6 tents that highlight delicious cuisines alongside a complimentary drink pairing. Your drink pairing at the tent will be on the house but you will still need to purchase drink tickets on Bidpal to enjoy drinks from one of the 3 bars!

Entertainment: While you’re enjoying your food and drink pairings, take in the sounds of Austin’s own Ryan Ross Band! Head to their Instagram page here to check them out!

Browse Auction Items: We will have some of our amazing auction items live and in person for you to peruse and continue bidding on!

Dress Code: This is a food festival so any festival attire is acceptable! Not into dressing up? Come as you are and enjoy the evening!
