Offie Staff Appreciation Week!

This week is Office Staff Appreciation! Erica Martindale, Krishna Sauceda, Jessie Rupert, Linda Glass, Lucy Chu,  and Teresa Carroll keep a thousand balls in the air every single day and wear a million different hats. Please let them know how grateful we are for them this week with breakfast, treats, notes, or anything else that will make them feel appreciated. Reach out to April Beaty, Staff Appreciation Chair, at appreciation@hillelementary.com with any questions.

Wednesday – STAAR Testing

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Dillos will take the STAAR Math test this Wednesday, April 24th. And the make-up will be Thursday, April 25th.

Parents, caregivers, visitors, and volunteers are not allowed on campus during school hours. Here’s a short list of STAAR-ready reminders: get a good night’s sleep, have a healthy breakfast, arrive at school on time, and bring healthy snacks and a book! Go Dillos!

Hoopla – The Party Isn’t Over

The tents may have been retired and the food a delicious memory, but it’s not too late to whoop it up with a Hoopla Buy-in Party. There is something for everyone! Choose a grade-level party like Skating into 1st Grade, or Margaritas & Tennis (the combo you didn’t know about but now you need) for the parents, or a fun (and bittersweet) send-off for 5th grade moms. Check them all out HERE.

These offers are open to everyone, and they’re a great opportunity to get to know our community! In the famous words of Wayne and Garth: PARTY ON!
