Dear Hill Community,  It was a great week back as we began the spring semester and kicked off 2023! As a reminder, there is no school tomorrow (1/16) as we observe and honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and his legacy. Join us in giving a huge Dillo Cheer to our 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year Kaci Moore! Kaci is a fabulous 2nd grade teacher who has meant so much…

Please join us in giving a BIG DILLO CHEER for our 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year, Kaci Moore!  Mrs. Moore is a 2nd grade teacher and loved by her students, families, and co-workers.  Congratulations!

Hill Elementary School is closed tomorrow, January 16th, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  In addition to honoring this civil rights leader’s birthday, it is also the only federal holiday designated as a National Day of Service.

Yee haw! Your good ‘ole merch peddlers are pleased to announce that your provisions are headed to ATX. Mosey on by the front drive and collect your duds on Friday 1/20 from 3pm-4pm or Saturday 1/21 from 10am-12pm. Thank you for your support and orders. Much obliged!

We need your help with the book fair!  Book Fair is just around the corner (January 30 – February 3), and we need your help.  Volunteers will work in the library during the school day on January 26 and 27 to set up and decorate the library.  We also need cashiers for the fair and family night.  SIGN UP HERE!  Email Ruhi Bell at bookfair@hillelementary.com for more information.

Welcome back Hill families!  It’s 2023 and the Dillo Classic is only 2 months away.  We need your help planning buy in parties! What’s a buy in party?  It’s a party hosted/donated by Hill parents.  Buy a ticket and gain entry.  All money raised goes straight to the school.  There are adult parties, kid parties, and grade level parties to choose from.  This is an amazing opportunity to give back to…

Lost and Found items are now up for grabs! All Hill families are welcome to come to the front of the building during school hours to “shop” the racks. All remaining items will be donated during the winter break. Happy shopping Dillos!
