We are in need of many plastic lids for a maker space project.  These can be lids from milk jugs, water bottles, gatorade bottles, or soda bottles.  If it is a plastic lid, we need it!  Please collect some at home and/or work and send to the Hill library at your earliest convenience.

Please join us for our annual Volunteer Assembly on Tuesday April 30th at 8am.  We honor all of the wonderful Volunteers that help make Hill such a great place to learn and play.  The choir will perform and we will recognize the Volunteers that are ‘graduating’ or moving on from Hill.  Coffee and snacks will be served in the library following the assembly.

Frostweed is a native plant to this area and butterflies are drawn to it, and when it bursts during freezes it looks astonishing!!  Green Team is trying to find some for its Native Shade Insect Garden next to the 5th grade commons, but it is not commercially available.  If you or someone you know has some frostweed that we could transplant, we would be very appreciative.  It grows wild in Austin’s…

The River City Rangers, your local neighborhood soccer club since 1991, will be holding open tryouts for U11-U19 teams for the 2019-20 season starting with the 2009’s (U11 for the 2019-20 season) tryouts on Monday, May 13th and Tuesday, May 14th.
