Sign up for a Dillo Cards subscription –– a NO COST TO YOU fundraiser for Hill.   Do you grocery shop, grab a coffee at Starbucks, or order through Amazon?   You can buy gift cards from Hill and the school retains a percentage.  Over $10,000 was earned for Hill through the Dillo Card program last year. Author Stacy McAnulty will be visiting Hill School at 1:30pm on October 1st and will be presenting to students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.  Ms. McAnulty is the author of dozens of books for kids and currently has a book on the Texas Bluebonnet Reading List entitled The Miscalculations of Lightning Girl.  She is touring to promote her second middle grade novel The World Ends in April which was published a few weeks ago. …

The AISD School Changes process is continuing as students return to school. The process is focused on creating a strong future for AISD, and changes like new specialized programs, changes to some school boundaries, and finding new uses for some AISD buildings are among the options being discussed.
