Mindfulness and Nature Group

The Hill Counseling Team is excited to announce our first-ever Mindfulness and Nature Group! Studies show that students who spend time outside are happier and more successful in the classroom. This group allows students to feel more connected to nature and encourages them to spend more time outside. We’ll meet once a week after school, for six weeks, from March 28-May 3. Kindergarten-2nd grade will meet on Tuesdays, and 3rd-5th grade will meet on Mondays.  We are able to take the first 10 students who sign up per group.
