School pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, September 27th in the morning. These are the pictures that are used for the Yearbook, so please mark your calendars!

The ordering process works like this in the Fall –
1. Order Envelope forms went home in the Wednesday folder on September 20.
2. Choose Portrait Package and pay by check made payable to “Strawbridge Studios” or pay online and indicate that on the order envelope. These are pre-pay orders. No proofs will be provided.
3. Turn in your Order Envelopes (even if you paid online) to your child’s teacher ON OR BEFORE photo day.
4. Make up day for Fall/Yearbook pictures is Wednesday, November 1.

THIRD: Take this opportunity to clean out closets, boxes and drawers . We will need lots of gently used stuffed animals, McDonald type toys and medium to large toys.

FOURTH: There will be marked boxes to the right once you enter the front doors in which to place the items starting the week of October 2nd.

FIFTH: Consider becoming a Carnival Sponsor. Please read the Carnival Sponsor flyer this week and help us underwrite some of the costs. This can be done either as an individual, a family, a group of families or a business.

We also host two luncheons. In order to give the catered meal a personal touch, we are looking for volunteers to provide desserts for these events.  This can be cookies, a pie, a cake, fruit salad, etc.

Please reply to volunteercoordinator@hillelementary.com if you can help and we will get you scheduled. Many thanks!
